Vegan Caesar Dressing (5 Minute Recipe!)

Savory and creamy with the perfect amount of tang, this recipe for Vegan Caesar Dressing is so easy to make and oh so good! It's the perfect blend of vegan mayo, capers, spices, and a dash of nutritional yeast to turn boring lettuce into a mouthful of yummy!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon caper juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients except the water and fresh ground black pepper into the bowl of a food processor and puree. You can also use a blender or an immersion blender.
  • Add the water if you want a thinner consistency.
  • To finish, add a few grinds of fresh ground black pepper.
  • Use to make your favorite version of a caesar salad or as a dip!

Notes

* You should not need to add any salt to this recipe. The vegan mayo already has salt in it as do the capers.
