Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk, stirred well
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (adjust to taste)
  • Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or large bowl if doing by hand.
  • Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth. If using a whisk, stir vigorously until fully combined.
  • Taste and add more maple syrup for extra sweetness if you like.
  • Pour into a mason jar or airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 7 days. Shake the creamer well before eat use.

Notes

  1. Feel free to adjust the sweetness or use other flavored extracts.
  2. If using granulated sugar (coconut sugar, organic cane sugar, or powdered monk fruit), you'll need to heat the mixture over medium heat in a small saucepan, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves. Don't let it boil.
